Handmaster Plus strengthens all 27 muscles of grip through their full, natural 3D ranges of motion (ROM), including the 9 muscles that close the hand, the 9 muscles that open the hand, AND the 9 muscles that control the wrist and elbow position during grip, all in one easy, continuous exercise.

Consistent use leads to improvements in pitching, batting, and fielding, and to a reduced risk of injury.

FAQ

Always consult your trainer or health care professional for your correct personal exercise. For performance training, most baseball athletes (pitchers, hitters, fielders) use the ‘Figure 8’ exercise to strengthen all 27 grip muscles through full 3D ranges of motion in one easy exercise.

Train 1 – 3x daily until you feel a comfortable fatigue (usually 1-3 minutes)

Results vary due to many factors, but most users see results within 2-5 weeks of consistent use

Handmaster Plus can be used as a recovery & rehabilitation exercise based on the recommendation of a trainer or healthcare professional after the treatment protocol is complete

Yes. Handmaster Plus maximizes strength, balance & circulation to the upper extremity. It has been shown scientifically & anecdotally to be effective in preventing various upper extremity injuries, including tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Handmaster Plus does not need to interrupt any current grip, hand, wrist, and forearm training routine. Handmaster Plus must be added if you desire to train grip fully for strength, balance, and circulation, and for maximum 3D performance in baseball

As with any new exercise, always have the approval of your trainer or health care professional before starting with Handmaster Plus. Start with soft- or medium-strength Handmaster Plus based on your current strength. Advance accordingly.
