As a chiropractor and lifelong athlete, I saw a problem no one seemed to be addressing: repetitive gripping was causing preventable hand, wrist, carpal tunnel, and elbow injuries in athletes, musicians, workers, and patients I treated every day.

Advanced exercise, must be recommended by therapist/trainer. Figure 8 exercise prepares athletes, musicians, workers & hobbyists for actions that require wrist & forearm strength. Golf, tennis, baseball, gymnastics, football, hockey, crossfit, guitar, trades, assembly, etc.
Video #3: ‘Spiderman’ Extension & Supination Exercise
Advanced exercise, must be recommended by therapist/trainer. Spiderman exercise offsets chronic forearm pronation and finger flexion imbalances that occur from computers, gaming, and workplace (dental, cashier, assembly, etc.).
Video #4: ‘Wax On Wax Off’ Wrist & Forearm Exercise
Advanced exercise, must be recommended by therapist/trainer. Wax On Wax Off exercise prepares athletes, musicians, workers & hobbyists for activities that couple grip with pronation and supination. Injury prevention & performance are maximized.
Video #5. PLC (Posture, Lymph, Circulation) Exercise
This exercise is a game changer! Dr. Zachary discovered that patients reported that full range of motion hand exercise made people feel stronger, but also ‘healthier.’ He realized that blood flow and lymphatic drainage were being improved. The arms are proximal to lymphatic ducts. Dr. Zachary developed the PLC exercise to further improve posture, blood & lymph flow.
