FAQ

Always consult your trainer or health care professional for your correct personal exercise. For performance training, most hockey athletes use the ‘Figure 8’ exercise to strengthen all 27 grip muscles through full 3D ranges of motion in one easy exercise.

Train 1 – 3x per day until you feel a comfortable fatigue (usually 1-3 minutes)

Results vary due to many factors, but most users experience noticeable results within 2-5 weeks of consistent use

Handmaster Plus can be used as a recovery exercise based on the recommendation of a trainer or healthcare professional after the treatment protocol is complete

Yes. Handmaster Plus maximizes strength, balance & circulation to the upper extremity. It has been shown anecdotally to be effective in preventing various upper extremity injuries, including tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Handmaster Plus does not need to interrupt any current grip, hand, wrist, and forearm training routine. Handmaster Plus must be added if you desire to train grip fully for strength, balance, and circulation, and for maximum 3D performance in hockey.

As with any new exercise, always have the approval of your trainer or health care professional before starting with Handmaster Plus. Start with soft- or medium-strength Handmaster Plus based on your current strength. Advance accordingly.
